Pros: large room! Very clean for an older facility. Yummy baked goods in the morning! Very simple check in and check out! Easy to walk to dining and shopping! Cons: hard to find the driveway! That was all we had a problem with.

Don’t judge a book… from the road this hotel looked run down but it was one of the best of our trip! The back entrance deck has a hot tub, plants, hummingbird feeders, comfortable couches, etc. the room was huge with a microwave and fridge. The continental breakfast had excellent coffee and fresh juice, yogurt and pastries that must have been from a local bakery… no Sara Lee here! The owner, Joe is a wonderful person. Would definitely stay again!

Appreciated the friendly helpful check-in staff -- especially help in getting luggage to the room. (Even the ground level rooms require use of stairs.) The room was spacious but pretty worn. The AC was noisy, but eventually got the room cooled down. The breakfast is a grab and go cold bar -- but has some thoughtful options. It's over-priced for the age, condition, and features of the hotel.

The locally-owned hotel is conveniently situated in downtown Winter Park, offering easy access to shops, restaurants and public transportation. The owner is super friendly and helpful; the rooms quiet, spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

The prices are so ridiculous for the annual jazz festival, because of the convenience, but there’s no where in Winter Park that is worth $510 for two nights!!
