Check in staff was not clear on waterpark hours, made the interaction not that comfortable. She made the proccess kind of difficult for just a check in.

Room smelled bad and was a drive away from pool and arcade theme park was great for little kids very noisy no supervision far away from main hotel property upkeep not very good indoor pool is the smallest of the resorts in the dells

There was no staff on site. This combined with a lack of policy provided an opening for an extended family to rent several rooms, invite friends (the front door had no lock), run around drunk (and I mean adults running around drunk at midnight making a lot of noise) and neglect their children (who ran around slamming doors until 3 am). Ridiculous way to run a business, a lawsuit waiting to happen when someone gets hurt.

My recent stay at Mt. Olympus Resort was very disappointing. Late at night, a serious incident occurred on our floor involving a hotel security guard allegedly cornering a teenage guest. Moments later, another woman came forward saying her 14-year-old relative was missing. The situation caused panic among families, and the response from hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. The police were called, and chaos continued for hours with shouting and people running through the hallways. What made things even worse is that no one from the hotel ever reached out to check on us or explain what had happened. I didn’t feel safe staying there with my children. This experience was deeply unsettling and left me with no desire to ever return.

They put us in the building farthest from the waterpark with no direction on where to park so had to walk the whole building to find our room. The beds were so lumpy and one was caved in by the head. The only plus thing is the refrigerator worked unlike the last time. Never again!

The 2 rooms were very beat up the trim on one door was bent drastically. The refused to program all the wristbands to both room #s so we were consistently having people not being able to open their door. I got 2 rooms that sleep 7 so we could get 14 wristbands for all the birthday kids they only gave us 10 bands and said I had to pay $25 per person per night for the rest absolutely insane. Than there were really drunk people next door to us that ended up fighting with someone and the cops were called for the 2nd time, the first being an incident with a smashed up vehicle that got surrounded by police. All this while I'm trying to have family and friends together for my 11 year old twin daughters birthday. It absolutely sucked! Mt Olympus used to be nice and a good atmosphere now it just seems like the slums and employees could care less as one maid threw a stack of pizza boxes on the floor right in front of us. I swear they have all the foreign students deal with the problems and they just say they don't understand, I wouldn't go back there again if u paid me. Also there was a lady in the lobby yelling at staff for roaches she found in 2 rooms.
