Beds were very hard and didn’t sleep much, from this and how loud even after quiet time. Food places closed too early in the parks. Having to drive was inconvenient and stressful f I had been given the option to choose the Rome hotel for walking to amusement and water park that would have been great. Was surprised to not see water refillable stations.

We drove in four hours to stay at this location and after checking in and only being there for 4 1/2 hours my son and daughter had bites and we seen a bug in the bed , along with a blood spot in the bed. We left the exact same day. We sent picture evidence and Mt Olympus said that they didn’t find anything in their investigation and does not wish to return my money. They didn’t even check us out when we called and told them we were leaving only knowing this because I received a check out text the day we were planned to leave.

We stayed in the 2 queen bed with bunkbeds room Very spacious and clean went during the week so crowds were less. Awesome value with the free access to everything and free parking at the parks. We had a blast . Had an issue with our tv and they sent someone out right away!

Buyer beware!

I selected an upgraded room that was supposed to be 0-1 min walk from water park. I have stayed in the rooms that are seperate from the hotel in the past and they were dirty, in bad condition, exceptionally small bathrooms and I wanted no part of that. When we checked in I was given a map that showed we were at least a 20-30 min walk away from the park. I was told it would cost an additional 250.00 to be moved to the area I initially booked. Im done booking through Hotel.com for that reason. This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened with them. Buyer beware!!

Toliets leaking on floor in room

The hotel and resort is in dire need of an upgrade. Elevators are dirty and run down. Carpets in hallways need to be replaced. The washroom in our room would leak toliet water every time you flush which is disgusting. We were stepping on wet towels in the bathroom the entire visit.

Not fancy but definitely functional!

Stayed in building 21- check in was simple- they use wristbands to get into rooms and for water park- there are many different buildings- most of which require a drive to the park- but the drive is easy and not to far- rooms are spacious- we had a twin bunk bed, 2 queen beds, and we even had a queen air mattress in ours with plenty of room. Queen beds are spring mattresses and you can feel the springs. Those need updated! The rooms are slightly outdated but everything functioned properly- we asked for towels twice and they arrived quickly- towels are scratchy and small- shower was hot and had great pressure- this place is not fancy but definitely functional. The waterpark was awesome and provided a full day of fun! Overall, I would stay again. We would just hope for updates!

We actually booked this room, queen bed and a bunk beds in building 22. It was small, on top of each other and soo loud. We were in the room 15 minutes before I started looking for a new hotel. No refund, I just booked another hotel. There would have been no rest in this hotel. People in hall and near by were so loud

The rooms and bathroom were dirty, the room and bathroom were small. The room did not look like the pictures on the website. The outside door didn’t lock so anyone could come in. The hallway and stairway to the rooms were very dirty.

Hotel room was a basic hotel. Microwave, mini fridge, tv, WiFi, etc. I didn’t realize we were so far away from the water park which was my mistake. Hotels.com didn’t mention it when I booked it was further away vs on mt. Olympus it says how far away you are. Overall decent experience.
