Poor service

Restaurant serivce at the hotel os exceptionally poor. Our order of food did not come even after one hour when every table around us finished the meal. I asked for some hot water for refill for my teapot but the Belgium water disappeared with the teapot all together. The rest of restaurant staff just worked together to cover him. We cancelled our order and never return to this hotel restaurant. The TV resception in the hotel room is exceptionally poor with regular screen black out of 20 seconds. Even after alleged change for new TV set, the status quote remains. Given the standard of Sheraton Hotel, i will say its hardly living up to its atandard.

I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning. I'm home in Spain and thrilled with the treatment I received from the Sheraton. Thank you
