The room was clean but the room was nothing like the pictures online and they made me pay a security deposit which they have not payed me back for. The food at the breakfast was okay but the almost 400 dollars I paid for one night were nothing to the standards of what it said horrible beat up hotel not worth the price at all

Nice hotel, and I appreciated the free upgrade to the executive suite. Wasn't impressed with the menu at the restaurant, though. No steak—veal was the only alternative, and I find veal totally unethical.

As I always suggest - the 40 CHF dog fee would make more sense when the hotel would offer at least something for it ( water bowl in the room or anything ). Says it is for extra cleaning , but lets be honest : there is not much more cleaning necessary.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and efficient even during busy hours. The room was modern, spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable exactly what you expect from Hilton. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, with both healthy and local options. The location is ideal if you have an early flight or want to avoid downtown traffic, and the airport shuttle runs on time and hassle-free. One small tip for future guests: if you plan to take the shuttle around check-out time, leave a bit earlier, as it can get quite full. Overall, a very comfortable stay that strikes the perfect balance between airport convenience and city comfort. Highly recommended for both business travelers and those just passing through Zurich.
