The comforter on one of our beds had a very bad smell and brown stain on the underside at the head of the bed, we assumed that it was a fecal stain due to the smell. The hotel gave us a new comforter, but the damage was done. Very disappointed, I’ve never had an experience quite that gross.

The hotel needs some updating and the rooms need to be checked closer for cleanliness. The elevator key pad should be wiped down. Rey dirty. The ice machine on our floor was not working. I just feel that the hotel could be a lot nicer.

The room was comfortable and clean. The funny is old and basic. We had a suite and the living room area really was a separate room. The decor is not attractive. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice Location to Stay

Average hotel but comfortable. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was small but functionable. Breakfast was good with several options. Hotel is in a great location across from the mall and lots of restaurants on the same road. Easy access to get around. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
