Roaches, touch-up paint spots everywhere, strange television channels that nobody would watch, very seedy area. Lately all of my stays at any Quality Inn have been like staying at a hotel that charges by the hour.

This place wasn’t glamorous or fancy, or new, but it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good and it was 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Albuquerque. A good value for the price.

Well, the first problem was that my friend (I reserved his hotel room) was booked under the wrong room, and they tried to kick him out on Sunday and he was booked in the room until Monday. I had to come by the room on Sunday, and clear up the issue. The hotel manager apologized to me, and I thought that was the end of my problems. Then, I found out through my credit card that I was charged $200 in additional fees. When I called the hotel I was told that I was charged a smoking penalty. My friend does not smoke and has never smoked! (I've known him for 33 years, and he is a non-smoker). When I tried to address this with hotel staff, I was told the manager wasn't available, then I was left on hold, and then my call wasn't even picked up. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card. I don't know what's going on with the staff at this hotel, but it's certainly not good customer service.

The room was dirty, floor was very dirty, we found hair in the blankets, and they were dirty otherwise aswell which means the beds weren't changed, I went to the front desk, the only thing they did, give me clean sheets and blankets, so we could make our own beds, we found it very unprofessional.

Lady at the front desk was nice. Other than that the entire hotel was disappointing. Looks nice in the photos online but in person looks very very run down. Spots on the walls were visibly in need of attention or repair. Soft spots in the floor (we were on the 2nd floor). Food or blood droppings up a flight of stairs was there half the stay before being cleaned up. There were 3 roaches we came across. Shower curtain wasn't wide enough so shower seemed cold. Had 3 room keys and they were all scratched so getting into the room took a minute.
