I liked everything but i have 2 separate charges for the stay when I had paid in advance in installments. Also i was aware of the deposit hold which was separate from the 2 charges on my checking account i am disputing.

When I got into my room, I noticed a few clumps of something on the floor, I have no idea what it was. There was an opened and half used bar of soap in the shower on the soap holder which was off putting. There was a strange smell in the room. Also the air conditioner kept turning off (not at the temperature that was set, it would just turn off randomly)

My room was clean. The breakfast was pleasant and well prepared, though the building as a whole was a work in progress and so was the surrounding area. The approximate area was a haven for what seemed to be drug abuse as the intoxicated homeless shout at traffic and hang around the inn and surrounding buildings. Nobody want to be asked for a dollar at a gas station only to be shoed when fled off with some jerkey. Stick to your guns in those parts.

Online pictures are not what the hotel looks like at all. I was completely deceived. Super outdated, and unsafe. No amenities pool was not in service, was a toxic green color. Security was non existing. Anyone can walk I tot eh hotel as you dont need keys to get in. Did not feel safe at all

I had a terrible experience staying at the Quality Inn in Albuquerque. After driving for 10 hours, I arrived at the hotel around 2:40 PM, but the front desk refused to let me check in until exactly 3:00 PM. I was staying for three nights, and not once did they clean the room or replace towels. I asked twice for fresh towels and never received them—I had to go to the front desk and get them myself. The bathroom was missing soap and shampoo, and even after requesting them, they were never provided. The staff were loud in the early mornings, yelling and chatting through their walkie-talkies right outside the rooms. It made it impossible to rest. The hotel itself is old, poorly maintained, and feels very run-down and rusty. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be staying here again.

This place was really a disappointment. main reason I booked was for a hot tub and they lied to me on the phone saying it was open. Towels were dirty, found other peoples hair in it. Its right next to the highway and all I heard were the loud semis and emergency vehicles. AC system doesnt really work and was sweating all night

Okay Budget Hotel

You get what you pay for…. The property is run down, pool area needs cleaning and upkeep. The room was alright as was breakfast. Homeless are all over the surrounding area and you’ll be joined by other guests trying to save money on their stay.
