Haluamme esitellä kauniisti kunnostetun historiallisen kodimme virkistäytymistä, rentoutumista ja nautintoa varten. Tässä kodissa on kaikki modernit mukavuudet, samalla kun säilytetään 1920-luvun tiili-bungalow-tyylin viehätys ja luonne. Se on avoin ja ilmava, ja sieltä on kauniit näkymät jokaisesta ikkunasta. Tässä kodissa on mukava nukkua 6 hengelle, 2 king-size-vuodetta ja queen-size-vuodesohva. Kylpyhuone on hiljattain uusittu, ja siinä on sadesuihku. Näkymät olohuoneeseen, jossa on kaasutakka, muodollinen ruokasali ja aamiaisenurkkaus keittiön vieressä, ovat Michigan-järvelle, Ahnapee-joelle ja Algoma-venesatamaan. Jotkut upeista asioista, joita Algoma tarjoaa, ovat: uinti kauniilla Crescent Beachillä Michigan-järven rannalla, vaellus, pyöräily, melonta, kalastus, metsästys, viini- ja olutmaistelu, maailmanluokan ruokailu, 5-7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä talo, ja hämmästyttävä North Water Street Leipomo on kahden oven päässä. Olemme nopean 45 ajomatkan päässä Lambeau Fieldistä, kuuluisan Green Bay Packers -jalkapallojoukkueen kotista. Sturgeon Bay on 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, ja Door Countyn parhaat puolet on tunnin ajomatka mahtavaan päiväretkeen. Kävelykelpoisuuskerroin on erinomainen kaikelle Algomassa. Rakastamme todella tätä kotia ja tiedämme senkin.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Michiganjärvi. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

NFL Draft Weekend

We thought the property was great for the 4 couples. Nice location for multiple things. Going to GB or Door Co. etc. Or just staying in town. Algoma had some very nice fun bars/restaurants and would stay there again.

Great family stay!

We spent a long weekend here with our adult kids and their significant others. It was a great weekend full of winery tours, breweries, pizza and games! This is a great house for anyone looking to walk Algoma! Smashed on the Rocks has a great place to sit and look out.at the lake

Spacious clean accommodations

This trip started out as a couples trip to the Wet Whistle wine fest but evolved into a women’s trip instead. The location is close to downtown, ground zero to a great bar and bakery but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The home had ample rooms and common areas and was very spacious and clean. The hosts did a very good job communicating with us. We would definitely stay there again and think it was a great value.

Home away from home

We enjoyed staying here for our second time now! The home is very clean and accommodated us 8 adults comfortably. Restaurants are close by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Algoma is a lovely small fishing town that we enjoy coming to and having this wonderful place to stay is a great bonus! bonus!

End-of-Summer Vacation Getaway

Catherine and Rob are wonderful hosts. They are very responsive. The home is charming and spacious on the inside and offers nice interior amenities. The view of the lake is obscured through buildings and power lines - I would probably say it is more lake view than lakeside. The 10 minute walk to the lake/beach is enjoyable in the town of Algoma. The outside area doesn’t offer a place to sit and relax - there is a large grass area down from the home that you could entertain a large gathering but its location doesn’t make for a relaxing area. On a side note (nothing to do with the home) Algoma is more of a long weekend getaway - most things are closed Monday and Tuesday and several are closed on Wednesday’s and even Sunday’s. There is a cute little bakery/cafe/ice cream shop down the street from the home that is wonderful.

Annual Fishing Trip

Great place to stay, my family started doing an annual fishing trip and this was perfect for us coming from all over the state. The house was beautifully furnished, very clean and well maintained. There was great communication with the hosts and everyone really enjoyed the stay. The only suggestion that I may have is having one of the bedrooms converted to a couple of twin beds. But that is just a suggestion and we are going to be staying again for our trip next year! Thank you again Rob and Cathy for the wonderful experience.

Or son got married over the weekend and we booked this home because it had everything we needed and enough room for our family to stay together. The property was very well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower! The house is well stocked . The he owners are friendly and our communication with them always had a prompt response. I would definitely come back to this place.

Absolutely Perfect!!

The hosts, Cathy and Rob, are quick to respond, and very accommodating, although we really had no issues to resolve! The home was beautifully furnished, very clean, and very well stocked with everything you would need. My sisters and I brought our 90 year old mom back to her hometown for 3 days. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity to return to Algoma! Thank you Cathy and Rob! Nan p.

Girlfriends Lakeside retreat

Our group of friends stayed at this cozy Lakeside retreat. It was wonderful having four bedrooms, so each person got their own room. Accommodations were tidy upon arrival with ample parking for three cars. There was plenty of linen, blankets, and towels. The home was nicely decorated and a pleasant environment. It was a great getaway to a small town where we spent most of the day, snacking and enjoying each other’s company. There may have been a glass of wine or two shared too. We went on a walk into town and visited a few boutiques. Then we had lunch at a wonderful place with white linen tablecloths. We had a wonderful time making memories of our deep friendship. Thank you Cathy and Rob!

Perfect Stay

The house was exactly as described and the owners were very helpful and communicative. The home is very conveniently located close to the lake and also a short walk to town with bars, restaurants, and even a brewery. Would happily stay here again.

Family vacation with adult children plus one

Algoma is a quiet town a short distance to Door county. The house is located with a wonderful bakery down the street and restaurants and shops to explore. Crescent Board Walk is a beautiful destination for a morning walk. The kitchen and dining room worked well for meals and playing games.
