Very good location Excellent, friendly ,helpful staff……nothing was a problem from check in to storing our bags on check out The free tea/coffee down in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel room was clean,housekeeping each day with lovely fresh towels etc My only complaint was that the rooms are quite dark and the dark carpet made it even darker Overall great location ……2/3 min walk from Dam square 5 min walk from central station ,lots of choice for eating out and excellent friendly and helpful staff made out stay a very positive experience

This hotel is situated within easy walking distance from the main train station and on a busy street. However our room was facing the back and it was very quiet, we only had the white noise of the air conditioning unit to soothe us to sleep! The room was clean and small but great for a short stay, and the shower was amazing, hot and powerful! The staff were helpful and friendly, and available 24 hours. There is a lift available, however there are still some stairs to access the rooms, some of which are narrow and steep. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel CC and will stay again when we return to Amsterdam.

This Hotel was the ideal location for the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to family. No parking at the location and the closest is a 15-minute walk away.

This hotel is in the heart of central Amsterdam so conveniently located to walk to the train station, the red light district, restaurants and shops as well as tons of touristy spots. Be prepared for a louder experience as Amsterdam does not sleep, but that is not the hotel's fault, just part of the deal. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The area is amazing, the location to dam central also amazing. Free coffee and tea amazing. Customer relations is very poor. Radiator had a leak upon check in the size of about full size bed on the floor in an already small room. Upon noticing I immediately told the night staff and they told me that they were full booked and would need to move me tomorrow. The next morning I came down and the lady tells me “ yes I see the notes we can move you just remember checkout of your room is 11 and we can get you in the new room at 3” of course I contested this because it would mean I had no where to stay for 4 hours. She then agreed with me and told me she would get it ready sooner. I left for breakfast and around 1030-1100 she messaged telling me the other room was ready. I was thankful but when I arrived it wasn’t a canal view it was an alley view. Despite me asking if I would have the same room type and same location. You would think they would upgrade, me or offer an incentive of some sort. The response of fully booked yes I walked past house keeping cleaning more than 10 rooms seems the guest that had plans to check in at 3 were priority over the guest that’s already there. Overall people were nice but the resolution was poor
