The incredibly robust and plentiful complimentary breakfast options make this place a traveler’s dream. We loaded up on real, hot food before starting in on our much awaited Alaska vacation and we were a few short minutes from the airport. The beds and pillows are remarkably comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit dated but who cares in the face of all the positives! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Its time for a renovation. Been to this hotel many times since 2010. Its 2025, and it still looks the same. Hotel prices in Anchorage are ridiculous for what they look like and offer. Hotel needs renovations and upgrades as do many others in Anchorage...

Hotel was clean but well worn. Elevator was broken so I had to carry my heavy bag up three flights of stairs. Breakfast was nondescript but adequate. Not sure it was worth $780 for a three night stay but that’s Alaska summer prices.

Was only on the property for 1 night. Upon arrival, the front desk manager was not on property as he was also running the airport shuttle. I waiting over 30 mins in the lobby to check-in. Rooms were old and not updated. Some parts of the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned. Carpet is in need of replacing. Manager also told myself and another group of people who were checking in at the same time, that the elevator was not working. Then it changed to it works, but people cannot use it, we could only put our bags in it, use the stairs and then come collect our bags off the elevator. I am an amputee/disabled - so this was unfortunate for myself. While I can use stairs, carrying my luggage up two flights was hard as I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the elevator. Would not stay here again for the cost and what you get.

The staff was very personable and helpful. The shuttle even took us to a restaurant to get some dinner before we settled in. Room was comfortable, bed was good.
