Could use some renovation, lots of wear and cracks in the walls especially in our room. Furniture and bedding were nice. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Building itself is in need of alot of work. Everything else was fantastic.

Awful, wouldn’t recommend.

Awful. The “manager” kicked my family and friends out of the pool due to kids being loud and jumping. They were NOT diving and were NOT running. She then locked the door to the pool. My family and I also changed rooms due to a bug being in the bed in our first room. The “dining” area was dark and uninviting with all of the chairs on the tables. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever been to plus the service was something I couldn’t believe.

We were in town for Commencement at the University of Michigan. This was the only place that we found that had any vacancies within a reasonable driving distance. In a price we were willing to pay. The staff was friendly and did their jobs but for what we paid we did not get the quality of hotel we are used to.

This hotel was a convenient 15 minute drive to Ann Arbor and the free hot breakfast was appreciated. My only criticism is that the pillows were too fat and we all woke up with aching necks every morning.

The beds are super stiff - doors all open and close tough so your listening to doors slam all hours of the night - there was an issue with my card and they called the room phone late at night to address it - which I get, but why wasn’t it caught at check in. Fridge didn’t work and window sills were gross - holes in the screens. Just overall not as advertised.
