We loved our stay here! We got lost finding our room at first but didn’t mind because there was SO much to see! The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, and pool was great. We were even upgraded to a room with a view of the volcano!

This was probably one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in! The grounds and rooms are just absolutely stunning and well-maintained. The service and staff was impeccable. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment I stepped into Casa Santo Domingo, I felt like I had entered another world. This place is not just a museum — it’s an experience that wraps you in history, beauty, and tranquility all at once. Walking through the ancient stone corridors and peaceful courtyards, I could feel the soul of Antigua all around me. Every corner tells a story, and every detail feels thoughtfully preserved and lovingly presented. The museum exhibits are fascinating and diverse, blending colonial art, archaeological treasures, and contemporary pieces in a way that feels natural and inspiring. I loved how the ruins themselves are part of the display — it makes the history feel alive rather than distant. The gardens are breathtaking, perfect for slowing down, reflecting, and simply soaking in the atmosphere. It’s one of those rare places where you don’t feel rushed; instead, you’re invited to wander and truly connect. What made my visit especially memorable was the sense of calm and wonder I felt throughout the entire experience. Casa Santo Domingo manages to be grand yet intimate, educational yet deeply emotional. I left feeling inspired, grateful, and completely in love with Guatemala’s rich cultural heritage. This is a must-visit in Antigua — a place I would happily return to again and again.

This hotel is amazing … and is, perhaps, our favorite hotel in the world. It is unique and historic and unforgettable. We love the fireplace in the room and the heated pool. We stay here every time we visit Antigua, and we love it more each time we stay.
