There was no hot water that I could see at the breakfast room for tea, I had to use machine back in my room to get it. There were ants crawling on the tile in bathroom in our room. Also ants crawling by a piece of food dropped in pool area. Game room area clean & kids had fun in there. All of the front desk people were very helpful & friendly for the 1 night stay.

Pros: The staff was nice and they're helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The fitness room is totally decent. The game room is fun. The pool area is nice, too. Cons: The breakfast area is ridiculously small, especially for a hotel with so many rooms. We stayed for 4 days and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day; a little variety would have been nice. Our key cards had to be reset several times daily (we were told they're old). It was inconvenient as our room was quite far from the front desk, and standing by your room door freezing in your swimsuit while your husband goes all the way back to have them reset again is really not ok. Housekeeping didn't clean our room at all during our stay, even after specifically asking for it to be cleaned and restocked.
