Welcome to the country! This is a great place to have space to relax, you can work remotely. My internet is 25mpbs. My home is comfortable. The view is restful. Come ski or snowboard on Mt. Ashland. Snow is now falling! You can beat long lines & high prices.
My place is on Emigrant Creek Ranch. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. 1700 sq. feet. Washer, Dryer. Hardwood floors. Televisions in each bedroom and living room.(ROKU). There is a breakfast table seating 4 & a dining table seating up to 10 with extensions added. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 California king bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 full-size bunk bed, & 1 queen bed. Central heating and air.
The view from the front porch (a bit chilly right now) and living room is very peaceful. & you may see cattle, horses & wildlife roaming or wild turkeys & quail venturing out these winter days.
A hot tub, which has seating for 10, is on the side The hot tub has been a great relaxer.
You are only 5 -7 minutes from Ashland, the Plaza with Lithia Water, restaurants, indoor theatre & the Lithia Park.
There is no smoking of any kind inside or outside. No marijuana in any form. No drugs.
We allow up to 2 dogs, dog pet fee $60 per dog.
