One of the staff members there behind the front desk was very rude, but there was a lady named April behind the desk. She was very sweet and very helpful despite my truck getting broken into in the parking lot. The stay was OK.

The front desk person was nice and helpful. However, the shuttle at night from the airport to the hotel was atrocious. I waited for an hour and it never showed while other hotels in the area had their shuttles come 3 times in the same time frame. I eventually gave up and took a taxi. I chose your hotel because of the free shuttle to save money when I was stranded in Atlanta due to a canceled flight.
