Where do I start.... The staff nice really nice and friendly. The breakfast even changed daily, usually you get the same thing every day. My complaints are 1. The telephone in the room did not work, I called the front desk from my cell phone, no one answered had to end up going down there for more towels. 2. The bar attached to the hotel food was horrible! It was worse than regular bar food.

Room was not ready when we arrived, they processed our room as no show. Waited for more than 30 mins for the manager to arrive to override in their system to even give us keys. Once the Manager arrived, she was more particular about moving chairs between the lobby and office area than issue us the keys. Next part is the kicker - when she finally issued out keys and we went to room, another guest was already there in the room! Then they issued us another room, no apology or anything for us walking into another guest inside their room!
