The property was very clean. The heat was not working in the room. The staff particularly Thomas who worked the front desk was very helpful in changing my room accommodations. The property is right off a main highway.

Just okay, sketchy low rent feel out front

Hotel is comfortable and was convenient to where I needed to be. The front entrance is not well maintained, and between people hanging out parked for hours on end to smokers directly in front of the door (including weed), it was like going into a low rent Motel 6. They really shouldn’t allow smoking by the front doors. I sound like a Karen, but it’s nasty and stinks. Also people hanging out in the parking lot. It seems like there is police there, but they are just driving by, they need security, it really doesn’t feel safe. I’m a dude, so if you’re a woman traveling alone, I’m not sure I’d recommend it.

This visit has restored my faith in hotels. Hands down the best staff I’ve ever come across (thank you so so much Thomas & Jeremiah)! It’s so clean, breakfast and dinner are equally amazing, the bar is a must see, & the rooms are exactly as described. Close to the highway and in walking distance from the mall and other social settings. I live in Marietta and wanted a getaway and this was everything plus some..will be returning!

It’s a no for me. It looks better in the pictures. Our room had no heat. I complained, maintenance came up said they fixed it and felt like an ice box throughout the day I couldn’t even sleep. I had t on go to my friends house that lived near by to sleep. Hot water wasn’t that hot as well. I wil not be staying in this hotel again

Stayed here and got charged for smoking in my room when I never did. Reach out by phone, nobody answers and when they do they transfer you to a customer service number just to get transferred back and get told to ask for certain people who are never there. Took it upon myself to fly back out there to get a response face to face and even there same situation, waiting for someone who isn’t there. After leaving I get an email of a low quality picture in this day and age of the year 2025 that they can’t prove or show the date it was taken of a smoke detector covered in plastic. Instead of try to resolve the issue the gm emails me to just dispute the charge with my credit card company instead of them trying to get to the bottom of it.
