The hotel is bad need of renovations.. Everything looks tired and dirty. Our room especially was dirty and just in rough shape overall. It was so uncomfortable to stay in that we only stayed one night. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but we left after one night and moved to another hotel. I could maybe understand if it was really cheap but it was on the middle to higher cost side in Norcross. I was charged for 2 nights even though I only stayed one and called the hotel manager Deondray and left a VM on Monday 7/21 but never heard back

A lot of potential but needs TLC

The property needed some obvious TLC. The furniture in the lobby/ breakfast area was very worn out and torn. Found it very weird that we were going to use the room key to open our door just to find a housekeeper walking out herself. The pool area could use some TLC. There were some missing slate pieces and obvious issues along the pool. It was nice though that it was inside and heated so it was perfect temperature. I liked that there were towels available.

Uncharacteristic Visit to a Trusted Chain

Took over 10 minutes to be greeted and then an additional 10 to get checked in. Individual at the counter was checking in another guest, but failed to acknowledge my presence. Room was dirty - walls and bathroom had not been cleaned properly.
