Relatively clean, but very noisy.

This hotel was fine for one night stay after landing late at night. The staff was helpful, and calling for the airport shuttle was easy. The walls are EXTREMELY thin, making the hotel very noisy. I needed my white noise app and ear plugs to drown out the telephone conversation in the next room as well as hallway noise. I found a pink hair that was not mine on the shower wall, but the room was otherwise clean.

I’ve been to Indigos around the world and this is lousy impersonation for the chain. Just stayed in Indigo in Columbus which was great. So the college park hotel was a shock. Give me my money back!

You took my booking and money but I had no room!!!

I did not stay, and you would not respond to the mess up. I was stuck due to flight cancelations in the Atalanta airport, and needed a room for that evening. I was booking a room for that evening, but you did not say there were no rooms and let it get booked. When I got to the hotel they informed me they had no rooms and would not. I explained that I went on and booked, but they said that it did not come through...and must be for the next day. I tried multiple times to cancel, but you're system would not let me. I messaged you, and you did not reply. I message the hotel explaining the issue and no one replied again. You cost me money that I should be refunded since I was not allowed to get the room on the 31st, but you were non responsive. Your booking even says "March 31st - April 1st" yet I was not allowed to check in ...and you charged me anyway. This will be my last time using your site/app for any bookings. Received a message saying my review can't be accepted. The reasons were based on mentioning price, using profanity, or saying private info. None of those applied so I'll take it that if it is not liked it will be rejected. Really nice!

The poor gentleman manning the desk (alone!) was on shift after massive cancellations at Atlanta airport and honestly was doing the best he could - smiling & giving us toothbrushes even. However, there was a computer malfunction that sent several guests, including myself, to already occupied rooms, obviously scaring the current guests and further inconveniencing wary, stranded travelers. The clerk fixed everything in stride, all alone and cheerfully, but Indigo could do better! - incoming storm? Call in extra staff! One occupied room? Recycle the software or something so only the first snafu happens

Ok hotel. Not the best and not the worst.

Everything was pretty good except it states laundry on the website but it is send out only. I thought they had a self laundry facility. Also, the shower wasn’t very clean it had hair and other materials left from the previous person who stayed in my room.
