Staff were amazing. Empathetic and friendly when i was stranded for 3 days due to weather traveling back fro England after a family funeral. I also had no luggage as it was missing when i landed. Angela really stood out for being a very caing and empathetic person.

Due to ice storms this past weekend, there were lots of flight delays. When we got to Atlanta, we had to reschedule a flight to the next day. Quinton was our shuttle driver and he met us at the Atlanta airport. He took our luggage and stowed it in the back of the bus as we boarded the bus. A we were pulling away, he made certain that everyone was on the right bus before proceeding. He gave us the route info and advised the bus schedule for departure from the hotel to the airport. Check in was quick and we were in our room quickly. Clean, spacious room... convenient location to the airport.

The staff are friendly and helpful-so gracious. The riim was spacious and a standard 2 bed room had a small kitchenette and living room. The batheoom had lots of space. It was great.

The rooms are “okay” - not trendy or fancy. The hotel is pretty clean, but dimly lit and lacking style. The breakfast was almost inedible - powdered eggs and the like. But, the people were great! Specifically my interactions over breakfast with Angela and Shonette. They started my day off with a smile and set a positive tone for a full day of travel!
