The Hyatt is my absolute favorite hotel, however we had an awful experience this go round. We asked for towels in person and by calling the help desk for 2 days and never received them. We stayed 4 nights, finally the last day we went downstairs and received some. We were told that the hotel was sold out and there were no towels. We had to go to the store to buy face towels. One of the elevators did not work, so instead of waiting 10 minutes to get on the elevator we took the stairs to and from the 5th floor. Rather than waiting on the elevator, one lady was so upset she had to drag her luggage down the stairs so she could make it to the airport on time. For what we paid for this hotel for 4 nights, it’s not unreasonable to at least receive fresh towels daily. No compensation was offered for our inconveniences and they have audacity to charge $18 a day for parking, and one day the hot water was not working. Smh, I will definitely think twice before I choose the Hyatt in the future.

We will definitely come here again!

Everything was great! The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable ! We enjoyed ordering some food at the grill in the evening, and breakfast was so good, as well. The pool is clean and clear and inviting. All the folks at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

One of the craziest experience we had

I have always preferred to stay at Hyatt, it’s on our top list until this stay. It took us almost an hour for towels we requested in the morning. Staff moved the coffee right at 10 and it has never happened with us that there was no coffee available for breakfast. Staff asked me to go to the room and brew your coffee in middle of the breakfast. There was no parking outside the hotel. Motion sensor in the bathrooms set for 2 minutes while taking shower the lights will shut off. Coffee cup in the room was chipped.

We stayed for a couple of nights after flying from the UK. Its a bit further than we expected from Atlanta downtown but we used Taxis to get there. Very nice and helpful staff.
