We had a great stay! We arrived very late and the team that help us check in and get settled was very wonderful. We enjoyed the room. The design was perfect. Breakfast was very nicely presented and a great selection. We will stay again!

Overall building felt a bit run down for a “higher end” hotel. Only one elevator working which makes for an interesting scenario. Beds were comfortable. Shower was strong and good, having shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers was a nice touch. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Eggs a bit questionable and selection was lacking. Staff were excellent. Have to pay $18 a day for parking. Not sure it’s worth the extra $ to stay here.

In general, I liked everything - the rooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the location. But during check in I had a very unpleasant situation. My reservation was prepaid, but it turned out that extra $30 security deposit had to be paid only by credit cards. I did not have any and offered to pay by cash but it was not accepted. The staff were very unfriendly and didn't offer any solution for the situation, so they basically refused to let me in. After a 24-hour flight, I had to find a situation by myself, and only thanks to that I was able to use my reservation. Otherwise, I would have had to spend the night on the street. This is very unprofessional and neglectful attitude. Next time, I'll try to choose a hotel with friendly and professional staff.

Property was nice! Great for the price! Food choices are limited if you don't have a car rental. It’s convenient, close to the airport and they transport you every 30 min which is great. if you’re a light sleeper keep in mind the airplane noise is unavoidable
