The property was very clean. I choose this hotel because of the pool which was not open. I booked 2 queens ended up with one king bed. Ice machine on one floor not working. I was not given the password to the Wifi nor did the TV cable work.

I was appreciative of the hotel being pet friendly and FREE parking--thank you. Breakfast for my two grandchildren was satisfactory--making young people happy first thing in the morning is a plus and yours received a big thumbs-up from both of them. My double room was spacious--loved that! Disappointment: (1) was the trash around grounds from uncaring customers, but they shouldn't be left after one day. (2) I clean up after my pet but all but one of the four waste cans were completely full and overflowing. It was sickening to lift the lid to attempt to squeeze my waste bag in. (3) your lobby sitting area is planted in the center of the dining room area and upon entering after a long 5 hour car trip I attempted to place my grandkids, luggage, and pet to sit on the couch and chairs and was immediately alerted to exit the area because of the pet due to the couches close proximity to the dining tables and chairs. That was so disconcerting because we were all exhausted and I had to stand in line with dog in hand and wait for two in front of me to be served. I told the desk associate that I was simply trying to sit my family because we were so tired and he apologized for having to remove me from the sitting area but he was simply following a policy. Which I concurred with, but my God, what a silly arrangement of a lobby area that should accommodate weary travelers while the check process takes place.

Very disappointed. While hotel had some pretty landscape , the inside needed major attention. Old banged up furniture. The 150.00 deposit was stupid to be this high. When you only pay 25.00 each for pets. Lots of barking dogs on our floor. The breakfast was a joke. The outside “smoking “ bins were overflowing with butts right by front entrance. Smelled horrible. Will not stay here again or any La Quinta hotels.

It was near Truist Park. I had to pay extra to get in our room a little over 30 minutes before the 3pm time. I have never paid to check in early. Some of the hall ceiling needed to be replaced. Totally a different experience from our first stay in 2023. Left a bad taste for this trip.

Fair for price

Parking at the hotel was very inconvenient had to walk up an inclined hill carrying my bags just to check in then I was given room keys to an unclean room had to go back to the front desk and get a different room. I paid for a king bed and was given a room with 2 double beds wouldn’t stay here again anytime soon

What a difference a year makes! We stayed at this property a year ago while attending a Braves game. This year it was terrible! Trash overflowing outside and in the lobby. Lobby was dirty, hadn’t seen a vacuum in awhile. The breakfast was non-existent. People were standing around looking for food, nothing was out. I believe it was the manager said breakfast staff didn’t show. Second day, English muffin I picked up was frozen solid. My husband said the hasbrowns were frozen as well. No eggs, no yogurt. Saw lots parents of kids looking for something they would eat. Most choosing fruit loops but there was no milk for them. All vending machines had been removed so you couldn’t even buy anything to make up for the missing breakfast and couldn’t buy a soda to drink. Room was ok for the price. BUT something was going on with the plumbing. Pool area was unkept, chairs were in bad shape and torn. Will be staying somewhere else next time for sure.

Slow check in due to computer issues AND only one person at the front desk on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Housekeeping woke us up early wanting to clean! No breakfast left before breakfast hours ended! Noisy halls all night long! First AND last stay there!
