I booked the Westin as an overnight stay as I was going to a concert. Checked in fine. Got to room changed quickly & left. Got back in the room super late & wss pissed off as there was urine on toilet & durt towel hanging. Means room wasn't cleaned before checking someone else in. Really pissed me off I didn't think I had to inspect room before leaving right out. I sent message to a managers contact I was given as front desk told me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing & reason why I stopped booking Marriot. Do Better!!!

Not a great experience

We had 1 person not come for our group and another person took the room and it became a 40 minute hassle to change a name even though all 6 rooms were booked by the same person. Had to get the manager involved and what could've been an easy override he argued with us on and then finally did it. Then we were charged for the "free breakfast" and the waiter wanted to argue we owed it. So again had to argue with front desk. Lot of hassle for a simple stay.

The chair in my room was torn and the other char had stains. The carpet was dirty. The bed looked amazingly fresh and clean. The tray with the coffee maker had hair stuck to the bottom of the machine. The lighting the bathroom was not adequate. I really couldn’t enjoy the bed because of all of the other factors.
