Well there was a few things, the toilet handle was broke, the room had a animal smell that could have been fixed possibly if you clean the carpet, also the the phone is useless the front desk just keeps going to a busy signal. The air/ heat unit is really loud it wakes people up. and your windows are so thin the cold air come right through.

The mattress was horrible. Front desk said they new and were waiting for new order to be delivered. Think spriks in your back. Think Marriott should be embarrassed by the breakfast that was offered. They should pay you to stay there.

We have stayed at this location before. The room is very nice, it's clean and the service is always great. We had to be up and out before breakfast on this trip so we can't rate that part of the stay.

Room was fantastic. A lot of healthy options for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that it was pet friendly.Just need more sound proofing between floors. You could hear kids jumping up and down til 12:30.

We arrived at 12:00 PM, significantly earlier than the 4:00 PM check-in time. Due to a freezing rain warning, we started our drive early. The reception staff was friendly and allowed us to check in immediately, as our room was ready. I truly appreciate this accommodation. I also appreciate the free parking. The breakfast was standard. My main suggestion would be to add more variety, specifically regular sliced bread, as not everyone prefers thick bagels. Adding more variety of fruit would also be nice! Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Check-in and the front desk staff were great. The hotel walls are so thin and all of the rooms were so loud. You could hear everyone talking and screaming and I could even hear footsteps above us like it was an old house. It was a horrible night sleep. The room was clean, but the thin walls and the noise level was just unbearable.
