Room was absolutely fine. Staff very friendly. My only complaint was that we booked a minibus with the hotel for five people to the airport. We paid 1500 THB. The minibus arrived on time but it had only one functional seatbelt. Knowing the statistics for road traffic deaths in Thailand this is not ok when travelling with three children.
