Smelled of smoke. No elevator. No warning of this. No offer to help with my 49-pound bag. I re-injured my back as a result. No promised shuttle. Front desk person told me since shuttle unavailable hotel would refund my Uber from airport….then proceeded to complain about its cost upon my check in. I went with lowest cost option. Front desk person repeatedly emphasized the “deal” I was getting on my room….telling me I was paying like 36 dollars for my room. Uh…no. Told me Expedia was giving me a double refund on my Uber because he submitted it twice by accident. No they didn’t. My “deal,” if any, was I already had credit toward my room from Expedia credits. I travel a lot and this was the worst experience. Poor customer service. Apparently understaffed. Front desk person needs to take care of customer and then zip his lips.

Tired, worn, and not the cleanest

Unfortunately The Grande was an underwhelming hotel. The pictures looked great, and the check in and check out service was fantastic and friendly. However the place could really use a deep clean, some fresh paint, and professional carpet cleaning services, especially in my suite. If you’re looking for a simple place to sleep and shower, this works for the right price. However I won’t be staying again.

Room, hallway, stairs are old. Carpet in hallway has smoke smell and room has some smoke smell. Shower and batch room look old. Not elevators in the building. Staffs are very friendly. Bed is comfortable. OK place if you only want a room to sleep.

Didnt particularly care about the sand and the bottom of the pool my sons feet were all beat up by the sand scrapping his feet besides that we slept awsome we woke up refreshed it was a great place to stay we will be back again. Thank u.

Rooms are not as beautiful as the entryway

The front entrance looks grand however, the side entrances and room doors are in poor shape. The doorways and room doors need carpentry work and paint jobs. The room doors all look like someone took keys and scraped or banged on the doors.
