Excellent place to stay

Quaint and quiet little motel. Staff was very helpful and quick to respind to questions. Room was clean, bed a pillows were very comfortable. Sound quality of the TV could have been better, but we would definitely stay again if we are in the area

The room was nice and very clean. There was a nice bar area with snacks and a mini fridge and microwave if you need it. Check in was super easy. There was great communication from the hotel regarding our reservation.

This property may have been suitable in the 1950s. It looks like a former truck stop. Singles converted to doubles. Limited space. Difficult to move around. TV set 8 feet above floor.

Easy access to Acadia, which was our main purpose for the trip. Ellsworth has more shopping (e.g., grocery) and amenities (e.g., restaurants) than expected. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but quite functional. Staff was quite responsive to questions and requests.

Had a late check-in which was communicated with staff in advance. They were gracious and proactive with sharing check-in details. Upon arrival however, the door code we were given didn’t work, and no one was responsive to the phone number, the text number, or the office and we are currently sleeping in the car. When the text says “we are always here for you. If you need any assistance call or text” and they most definitely are not there, it’s not good optics. We won’t stay here again.
