Lovely little hotel in a great location and easily walkable to all the major attractions surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is in a busy area the interior of the hotel is very quiet. However screaming children can still be heard in the room. Room is small (standard) and well appointed. We felt cleanliness was an issue with crumbs on the carpet, long hair in the washroom and bed linens and flies (about 6 which I killed) in the room when we checked in. The bed is fairly comfortable but pillows are not. The bathroom needs TLC however the shower is AMAZING. Great water pressure. There is no soundproofing from the bathroom to the bedroom so travellers sharing should be very intimate with each other’s personal sounds and smells. Wifi is good and staff were efficient. Breakfast - GREAT. Quality of food is excellent with good selection. Baked goods are fresh with lots of healthy options including fresh squeezed OJ and soy selections.

We loved our stay at this hotel and can’t wait to be back. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter by the cathedral. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants around. Good lighting in the room at night. Nice shower. Room was a decent size. It’s located close to the metro within 5 minutes of walking to the station.

The location of this hotel is amazing! You’re within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and beautiful cathedrals. You’re within 15 minute walking distance to the zoo, the aquarium, the beach. Perfect for families travelling with young ones. Check-in was smooth, our room was ready within a half an hour of our arrival as they needed to set up a cot for our toddler. Staff were wonderful really loved how clean the hotel facilities were. We really loved our stay at this hotel, would definitely come back! There were two staff that stood out to us. The first one was an older gentleman working at the morning buffet, he was so nice and always kept our table ready for us with a highchair and everything. Always made sure that we were happy with the food. The second staff is Davide, who helped us with our luggage, called a taxi for us, and on our checkout date, we saw him hand out umbrellas to the other guests as it was going to rain that day we think he went above and beyond to ensure the guests were happy.

Very poor quality for a 4 star hotel. Shabby decorations and furnishings. Broken Lifts. No drinking water provided. Inadequately trained staff with no idea of customer service. Overly expensive for what it is. Despite booking and paying for a double room weeks ago was told they could only offer a twin room upon checkin. After 15 minutes arguing with front desk, a double room was magically found and we were made to feel as though a special favour had been granted. Given some lame excuse that they could not guarantee the type of room booked would be made available on the day. It’s not as though booking a double room is an unusual request for a hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We as family with children, had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was spotless, with everything well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring, and I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
