Really nice hotel, room service, staff, amazing service. I will definitely be booking this hotel again as it’s so close to everything we wanted. Breakfast was very nice too! I enjoyed all the facilities available. Again staff were great and that’s what makes it just as memorable!

First stay in an Apex hotel and we were very impressed. Good sized family room, lovely pool, sauna and steam room, and a very nice breakfast. We particularly liked that breakfast catered for kids, with their own menu to choose from and a seperate kids breakfast buffet section. Hotel was clean and well maintained throughout. All in all, we came away impressed and will certainly look out for Apex Hotels when planning future travel.

Not a 4 star property. Room was okay, bathroom was great. Towels were actually brown. Surprised they put those out for guest use. Couldn’t get myself to use them. Staff service is A++ but hallways shabby, disorganized and dirty

Loved this hotel. One night with our 7 year old daughter to explore Bath. The Family room was a very good size with two very large and comfortable beds. Large bath room with huge bath and walk in shower and every amenity you could need. Amazing pool and spar area, booking means never full so genuinely relaxing and a massive hit with the ankle bitter! Breakfast was extensive with buffet and addition menu items all of v good quality. 5 mins walk from the historic centre (Roman Baths, Abbey etc) lots of amazing restaurants too. Loved it and will definitely be back :)
