Dirty dirty dirty toilet was left with previous persons poop stains, there was roaches in our room pillows had black mold fridge and microwave was dirty wit food and build up never again will my fam and I stay nor would I recommend this place to anyone

Nothing positive. The floors to the room was dirty and jacuzzi was dirty outside was dirty with scuff marks. The toilet seat wasn’t properly adjusted. The halls were filled with old wasps homes and spiders. Dirty doors. The outside of the property is NOTHING like the picture. Can’t believe it’s backed up by Wyndham.

Avoid staying here

The fee for a pet was twice as much as what is listed on hotels.com. The bed was ok but I woke up with a rash on my body. The free breakfast was terrible. There was one apple which I did take. A few mini muffins and 3 cereals that didn’t look fresh. They did have a waffle maker but that was it for food. The tub showerhead had black stuff on it. There was a used soap in the tub. They did have a grassy area for dogs but no receptacle for poop bags.

Dirty, filthy, the sheets were stained, the comforter was torn, there were wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke alarm belonged, the tv didn't work, the headboard was full of dust. This place should be shut down, it is a nightmare of filth and disguste.

I booked a suite advertised to sleep 5 people, but upon arrival, I found that it only had 2 beds, which clearly wouldn’t accommodate 5 people. I specifically chose this suite for the extra space and to ensure comfort for my group. Unfortunately, I had to book an additional room once we arrived, which was not only inconvenient but also an unexpected expense. The room did not meet the expectations set by the listing, and I feel the advertising was misleading.
