The hotel is ok, very convenient for the airport. Good shuttle service. The only problem is that they don’t tell you the shuttle service timetable and pick up point, and ask you to call the hotel beforehand. This is always the big concern when I book Chinese airport hotels. The irony is: THEY DO HAVE SHUTTLE BUS TIMETABLE AND PICK UP POINT INFORMATION AT THE CHECH IN DESK! Why they don’t put these information in their web booking information??? (I used hotels.com). I don’t understand the logic!

For an airport hotel, it was very nice. The rooms were huge. There's a nice park with a lake and running trails across a small road. What I didn't like was that I didn't receive any benefits that Expedia said I should get, like a 20% discount on food at the restaurant. The reception desk and restaurant host had no idea what I was talking about when I inquired about it. I tried to get help from Expedia's Virtual Chat but I went around in circles with the AI agent and left me frustrated. I gave up because it just wasn't worth my time for 20% off expensive hotel food. The virtual agent is a joke. I can get the same answer if I Googled a question. And I could not get through to human help!!!!

I spent a restful night at this nicely appointed hotel near the airport. My quiet room overlooked the lake and I enjoyed watching planes land at regular intervals just outside my window. (Yes, it was quiet even with this!) The hotel provides shuttle service from Terminal 3, so I took an airport bus from Terminal 2 to 3 in order to use this convenient service. I also enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast buffet which offers a nice assortment of options.

Excellent value for money hotel. Close to Beijing Internationla airport. Shuttle bus every 20 minutes and on the hour. Note they only pickup from Terminal 3 on level 1. For the Yum Cha/Dim Sum enthousiasts they have an excellent all you can eat lunch daily for approx $50 AUD (218RMB) which is a must not miss. The food is prepared fresh to order and all excellent. The pool and facilities sauna, gym are excellent with towels and bottled drinking water available. All in all a great stay and will be back each time I need to stay close to the airport.
