Guten Morgen und vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Wir sind ein Aparthotel, jedes Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche. Da wir kein eigenes Restaurant haben, bieten wir unseren Gästen Frühstück auf Bestellung an - so wie in der Hotelbeschreibung geschrieben. Sprechen Sie uns das nächste Mal gern an.

Lieber Gast Vielen Dank dass Sie sich nach Ihrem Aufenthalt die Zeit genommen haben, uns zu schreiben. In unserem Aparthotel gibt es insgesamt 3 Zimmerkategorien: Superior (Budget), Deluxe und Attika. In der Zimmerbeschreibung der Kategorie Superior ist vermerkt, dass sich in diesem Zimmer die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Daher empfehlen wir Ihnen, das nächste Mal ein Deluxe oder Attika Zimmer zu reservieren. Wir nehmen Ihre Kritik sehr ernst und sind immer wieder bestrebt uns zu verbessern. Sehr geehrter Gast Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Gern hätten wir Sie persönlich angesprochen. Wir können Ihren Unmut nachvollziehen. Es ist in der Tat so, dass wir Apartments haben, bei denen die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können. Wie viele andere Hotels in der Schweiz haben auch wir keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Beide Punkte sind jedoch explizit in der Hotel- und Apartmentbeschreibung aufgeführt. Wir haben eine Kühlungssystem, welches die Apartments konstant auf eine bestimmte Temperatur herunterkühlt.. Dies geschieht zentral, denn die Anlage käme gar nicht hinterher, würde jeder Gast in seinem Apartment an der Temperatur Einstellungen vornehmen können. Es ist nun in diesem Fall schwierig, mit einer anonymen Bewertung das richtige Apartment zu finden, denn vielleicht stimmt etwas mit den Temperatureinstellungen in diesem Raum nicht und wir können so keine Abhilfe schaffen. Unsere Hotline hilft bei Fragen oder Änderungswünschen übrigens jederzeit gern weiter und ist bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Wir wünschen Ihnen dennoch einen angenehmen Sonntag.
