One member of reception quoted a ridiculous price for the rooms. Sadly not up to 5 star standard. One of the receptionist was exceptional thank you. This hotel is no where near the center of Valencia. It is in a rather unpleasant area. The information on the internet does not correspond to the actual hotel. Far too expensive, for what we paid. I was woken up by someone screaming at reception, I am not surprised. Would not recommend sadly although the coffee for breakfast Nespresso. Perfect

I stayed at a hotel for more than its normal price. There was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel's location was not good. The hotel had a 2-star status. There was a 4-star hotel in the center of Valencia for the same price on the same day.

Overall quite good 8/10.

Great hotel, great front desk staff. The room was not *very* soundproof, I could hear noisy guests in the corridor and in their rooms. The worst thing was there was no shower gel/body wash in the wall mounted dispenser in the shower, it was completely empty, so very unhappy about this. Otherwise, the room was 9/10 cosmetic condition some wear showing, and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Overall quite good 8/10. Recommended as a short stay hotel.

The roon was not big but good enough. It was really clean, smelled very good and the sheets was very comfortable and soft. I really recommend it. The only thing was not very good it was i little far from downtown.

A real Gen

So I booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap and close to the Grand Prix circuit for Motogp. The surrounding area is quite run down and it’s not in the city centre, so to be honest I wasn’t expecting much. But on arrival I found the hotel nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke really good English
