Lovely Villa

Great villa and lovely pool just misses a few home touches like hair dryer, welcome book instructions, more sun loungers, kitchen items etc but beautiful beaches, 1 hr walk from benidorm along the sea front.

Great villa

A great villa to stay in - good location and very new and clean. the pool is amazing and the views over Benidorm are beautiful. Short walk down the hill to the beach and you can easily walk right along the seafront into the old town passing many bars and restaurants on the way. Not ideal for disabled access although there is a lift in the property it is difficult to get up and down the hills. The terrace could also do with some sun loungers but other than this it is a great stay. thank you

superbe vue

La vue de la maison était splendide avec sa piscine mais par contre pour le reste ce n'était pas le cas ...... pas de plat à four , une casserolle , une poële , un saladier en plastique cassé , manque de verres , pas de torchon à vaisselle , pas d'égoutoire , des câbles électrique qui pendent dans la salle de bain . pas de poubelle dans les salles de bain , pas de ceintres . ont ne pouvais pas dormir dans la chambre du bas avec le bruit de la clim sauf si ont l'éteingnez . Ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est de ne pas pouvoir profité de la piscine les derniers jours car l'eau de la piscine était devenue toute marron jaune nous avons contacté l'hôte pour la prévenir mais soi-disant elle n'à pas trouvé de pisciniste pour le nettoyage . le jour d'arrivée prévu est de 14 heures et le départ 12 heures . Le jour du départ ( 12 heures ) la femme de ménage et le pisciniste sont arrivés à 9 heures je trouve qu'ils étaient préssé de nous mettre dehors ( whaaa ils ont trouvé un pisciniste ) Pour une maison de luxe manque de finition et de compassion .

Ein schönes sauberes modernes Apartment. Leider wurde uns erst nach dem Check In geschrieben, dass das Objekt normalerweise erst ab 25 Jahren vermietet wird. Das war leider nirgendwo ausgeschrieben und wir wurden auch nicht vor der Reise nach unserem Alter gefragt. Es gab im Außenbereich nur 2 Liegen, obwohl das Apartment für 6 Leute vermietet wird. Klobürste, Handtuchhalter fehlten in der Ausstattung.

belle prestation à Benidorm mais...

Si le prestation , la propreté , la modernité et l emplacement de ce logement est incontestable , nous pouvons cependant déplorer le manque de petits équipements qui améliorerait beaucoup son quotidien .En effet si la cuisine est très sophistiquée en éléctroménager( 3 four par exemple ) , nous ne trouvons aucun plat pour cuire , pas de plat de service , PAS de saladier ..en vaisselle juste 6 couteaux pour 6, 6 fourchettes..6 assiettes plates...A savoir aussi qu il est préférable d arriver avec du papier toilette car aucune des 3 toilettes n en sont équipée en arrivant .Enfin , un petit rangement , porte manteau ou porte serviette dans les salle de bain serait également très pratique .
