Our newly renovated 130 m² apartment setup accommodates up to 9 guests, offering the perfect mix of style, functionality, and location. The property consists of two separate apartments (90 m² and 40 m²) on the ground floor, connected internally—ideal for large families, friend groups, or work colleagues.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with high-quality king-size box spring beds, ensuring restful sleep for every guest. Bright interiors, large windows, and a friendly, modern design create a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout the living spaces. The larger apartment features an open-plan 35 m² living and dining area, with a dining table for 6 people—perfect for shared meals or group discussions. The smaller apartment includes an additional dining space for 3, offering flexibility and privacy when needed.
Cook with ease in the fully equipped main kitchen, which includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, sharp knives, wine glasses, and more. The smaller apartment offers a kitchenette, ideal for light meals or quick breakfasts. Stay entertained and connected with 55’’ Smart TVs with Netflix in every room and 200 Mbps high-speed WiFi throughout the property. Whether you're unwinding after a day out or catching up on work, everything is at your fingertips.
