Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Medina's design combines plants and wooden fixtures, influenced by the serenity of grassland. This artfully designed apartment sits at the center of the artsy and cool Friedrichshain neighborhood of Berlin. Check out some of the many alternative spaces and bars. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Medina is the place to come home to.

Not only does Medina feature 2 bedrooms, there are also 2 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, a personal balcony for relaxing outside, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a large window, plants, and wooden decorations to bring the space together. Both bedrooms have a cozy setup that is perfect for cuddling up on a cold winter day. The detached bathroom, with spa-like ambiance, includes a bathtub and an in unit washing machine.

The living room and kitchen space mixes traditional Germanic architecture and grassland decor. The living room nook has plenty of sitting space for relaxing after a long day out. The rustic dining table sits in the middle of the space. A dedicated workstation to the side is there to ensure you won’t miss a beat. Feel like relaxing outdoors? Medina has a cozy private balcony and rooftop access to take in the sights and sounds of Friedrichshain. The modern kitchen, which is fully equipped, rounds out the space and includes counters for sitting. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
