You can’t go wrong with a Premier Inn - they’re the same wherever you go. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast area was small but had plenty of options from a continental breakfast to a cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to extend our checkout to 2pm. Our only downside was our tv didn’t work - we did hear another staff member explain this to another guest at the end of our first day to say that the signal wasn’t great and the guest was asked if they wanted the tv or not - we were not told this so that was our only critique as we like the tv on in the background when we’re getting ready.

I stayed in a triple room. The queen bed was fine; however, the other bed couldn't be considered a bed. It was very uncomfortable for my child to sleep in there. Also, they failed to replenish Coffee and sugar, and the cleaning requests must be made a day in advance, which might be inconvenient.

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Wilmersdorf. We are used to staying at the Premiere Inn in the UK so knew exactly what to expect. Staff were super lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the bar area in the evenings playing games. The hotel is very close to the Spichernstraße U Bahn which means exploring the city was very easy. The only issues we had was there was no chair in the room and I have a bad back. However, they were very happy to bring a chair to our room. Also we messaged via the Expedia app to ask about parking and air conditioning and we didn’t get a reply. So we decided to use the Park and Ride at Wansee and travel inn with our cases. Would definitely stay here again. It was great!

TV Empfangen war in fast allen Zimmern über mehrere Tage ausgefallen. Automatisch eine Erstattung oder Kompensation wurde nicht angeboten. Hinweis darauf beim CheckIn erfolgte nicht. Größe des Zimmers und der Dusche war dafür erfreulich. Nähe zur U-Bahn war eines meiner Hauptkriterien.

Beim Check in waren die Mitarbeiterinnen etwas überfordert, wir hatten ganz normal über Expedia gebucht und irgendwie war alles ein Durcheinander. Sonst waren alle anderen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, auch beim Frühstück wurde alles immer schnell aufgefüllt und auf Sauberkeit wurde geachtet, top. Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolles Badezimmer, bequeme Betten, ruhig. Wir waren positiv überrascht und kommen gerne wieder. Gutes Frühstück. Tee und Kaffee (Instant) auf dem Zimmer (kein Kühlschrank).

Das Hotel ist wirklich topp und hat eine hervorragende Lage. Einen Stern Abzug gibt’s beim Personal. Allerdings nur weil Abends an der Rezeption und an der Bar nur eine einzige Person ist. Das heißt wenn Gäste ankommen wartet man ewig an der Bar um ein Getränk ordern zu können. Da sparen sie leider an der falschen Stelle.
