This was the best hotel we stayed at so far. There is covered garage parking, but it is $20 otherwise free street parking if you can find an open spot. The room is very nice and clean. Complimentary luxurious soap for hand and shower. The shower had lotsa room unlike in other places. I actually got sleep. Smart room. I highly recommend.

Very good value for 1 night. Nice bed, average breakfast, spotless bedroom. Front desk staff seemed a bit lost. They went for a private conversation about our booking in the back room which was weird.

The room was not cleaned at all. The bedsheets are short therefore we could see hair all over the bed. Floor also was very dirty.I immediately informed staff about the condition of the room.They promised a deep cleaning however they didnt even clean the floor properly. The only good thing about the room was its size. Thats all.

Das Zimmer war klasse und schön groß. Leider war das Personal die reinste Katastrophe es hat ewig gedauert ein zu Checken dann wurde meine Buchung nicht gefunden, die Kollegin hatte es aber sogar bereits ausgedruckt vorliegen. Leider war dies mit klein Kind am Abend sehr lästig..

Wir hatten für 2 Nächte mit Kind gebucht. Und es war bis auf die Sauberkeit schrecklich weil es begann damit das wir 1 h vor Check in im Hotel ankamen und meine Schwangere Frau und unsere Tochter sich nach einer langen Autofahrt eigentlich bisschen entspannen wollte dann kam die erste Botschaft das man für das Frühere Einchecken 20€ zahlen sollte. Alles klar haben wir natürlich gemacht dann habe ich die Tiefgarage dazugebucht für 38€ und wir haben ausfahrtickets erhalten , welche gar nicht funktionieren was wiederum bedeutet das wir in der Tiefgarage jedesmal warten mussten bis uns jemand die Garage aufmacht was ab und zu schon paar Minuten gedauert hatte. Im Zimmer selber wurden wir ebenfalls überrascht und wurde beim Checkin mitgeteilt das es sich um ein Doppelbett handelt, was aber nicht der Fall war. Dann waren wir am ersten Tag unterwegs und kamen völlig erschöpft wieder und hatten an unserer Tür einen Zettel hatten das wir zur Rezeption komme soll. Zu unserer Überraschung hatte unsere Zimmerkarte dann auch nicht funktioniert. Wir sind dann wieder runter zur Rezeption gegangen wo uns mitgeteilt wurde das die Kollegin beim checkin vergessen hatte die Tourismusabgabe uns zu berechnen. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel natürlich sauber aber so ein Tomult habe ich zuvor noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt. Ebenfalls mit dem früheren einchecken bei mehreren Stunden kann ich das ja verstehen aber bei einer Stunde ist das echt bisschen hart. Grade wenn man eine weite Anreise hat.

Alles bestens. Bis auf zwei Sachen. Das einchecken dauert viel zu lange. Speisen auf der Karte gibt es leider nicht. Nur Pinsa und Pizza. Das war sehr Schade
