This 60 square meters unique property showcases the beauty of Berlinese architecture paired with unique grassland design. Check out Berlin's world renowned art and alternative scene right outside the front door. Located in Friedrichshain, Serena is in the heart of Berlin's former East Block close to the Spree River. Berlin has many great sights on offer, so make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a sight to be seen. The bedroom is artfully decorated and features a queen size bed. Find plenty of storage space and a dedicated workstation for remote working needs. The entire space is drowned in light from the balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table. The stylish and spacious bathroom is complete with modern fittings and a walk-in shower.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is adorned with plants and woven grass accents. The dining table seats three, and the kitchen is fully kitted out with up to date appliances and kitchenware and decorated stylishly. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
