some room lights did not work. TV very old and could not stream any apps. Asked for more towels and never received. Phone to front desk did not work and had to walk down. No food service or restaurant after breakfast. Will not go back to this hotel and probably not anymore Wyndham's

The location was quiet

Service was excellent! They didn't have a microwave, and the restroom didn't have a working fan to turn on after showers; you had to open the doors immediately. breakfast choices were limited. The bathtub appeared to need replacement due to staining from years of use.

We came in around 11pm and our first room could not be entered. Staff were understanding and gave us a new room with a free breakfast. Breakfast was fine; room was clean.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at all week. There were no bath towels provided. Only a few hand towels that 3 people had to use as bath towels. Went down to front desk and they said they didn’t have any towels & that each room had none. Empty tissue box- 2 in there before it was empty. When you are tired & are hoping for a comfortable stay where you can shower & sleep. This is not it. If I had known before I got all my baggage in the room without a cart provided I would have left and found a place that would at least have towels & not ration tissues

Check in was smooth. Unfortunately, there were multiple rats that we saw outside, garbage overflowing, landscape was completely overgrown, elevators hardly functional, no available bath towels, uncomfortable beds and cheap bed linen. It has such potential for being a nice place but is very neglected.

This property took $215 from me. I checked in at 4 o’clock and checked out in less than one hour because of it being very dirty, the property said that they would not charge me and sure enough they took $215 from me. I contacted the third party and they told me that the hotel has my money.
