I didn’t like how I kept getting Id even when I showed them I had a 21 and up bracelet. Felt real harassed while being there. One security looked at my Id, seen the year and said “so you’re under 21”. I will definitely be staying at a different resort next time.

Golden Nugget getaway ✨️

The hotel was very nice so much to see and do the within the hotel. We were on the 14th floor VIP the Gold floor, that was different. Our room had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom are with a separate bathroom with shower very nice and clean. We also hade a very nice sectional couch in the separate seating/ living room area. My only issues were one the bed, hard as a rock and felt like it had gravel in the mattress my back hurts every night and 2 the water pressure in the shower and temperature was syper hot, too hot it was not easy finding a comfortable setting without being burnt. Other than that I would visit again ☺️

Sooo I would say 7.5/10 - the room was pretty gross. Needs to be cleaned better. The ceiling fan was mucked up with dust so much, there was no turning it on. Gross. It smells kind of musty too. The front desk was great, customer service is on point. Slots and cards weren’t winners much!! Cool stores in casino!

The Golden Nugget Biloxi felt significantly overdue for a refresh. I experienced an outdated stay, with my room and general areas like the hallways and elevators desperately needing painting, new appliances, and bathroom updates. There was a general lack of cleanliness throughout. The amenities, including the disgusting pool deck, also clearly required substantial cleaning and modernization. While the staff was alright, operational shortcomings were evident. Housekeeping services were limited, and a non-functional in-room phone, which the hotel reportedly refused to fix, forced me to walk to the front desk nightly for basic necessities like towels. Parking was also a concern, as I felt unsafe. Overall, my experience at the Golden Nugget Biloxi was subpar.

The property was visually appealing however, the property should reconsider their signature scent. I am not one sensitive to fragrances normally… but this resort’s scent was reminiscent of a 1980’s imposter spray our great grandmother’s most likely possessed. Also, the room had no makeup/vanity mirror as well as lacked soap for the sink area and trash can liners. We were a n early check in so perhaps the room was rushed. Other than those minor issues… we loved the property and its ideal location. We hope to revisit during fall or winter break.
