The Golden Nugget is a fine casino and hotel if you are a smoker. The desk person told me upon check in that I would be charged a fee if I smoked in the room. Come to find out the rooms are the only place in the resort that doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke. The room was clean and nice but as soon as you walked out the door the smoke smell hit you

We didnt like much about the casino or the hotel. The garage is on the other side of the casino so you have to walk thru the casino to get to the hotel. Very inconvenient. The room was crowded with furniture but nothing comfortable. The tv got few channels, the clock didnt work, the lamp shades were not attached to the lamps well, the lights were dim, especially in the bathroom, the tub was dirty, the floor in the bathroom had spots and hair on it, the soap dish was streaked with soap that hadnt been cleaned well, the shower door had rust and corrosion on the hinges and the glass was streaked. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The staff at checkin wasnt welcoming and barely answered questions. The staff at the Customer Service at the casino was worse. They didnt explain anything. They asked for our driver's license and then handed us the player's card. There was no explaning the benefits and especially no welcoming to the club or literature about the casino. The staff around the hotel and casino was not friendly. They didnt return hellos much less offer any greeting. Overall a poor, terrible stay. Will not return. There are too many other great options that are so welcoming.

The room was billed as a Luxury room; upgrade. Plenty of rooms in town more Lux than this. It was clean, staff was great, friendly, felt genuine. Casino was spacious and laid out nice; got some free play. Plenty of restaurants and bars.

Wonderful casino very clean , the executive suite is amazing !! Such great restaurants, good staff, friendly atmosphere. My favorite out of all the casinos in Biloxi. Highly recommended. From someone who goes to Vegas regularly, this is a fun alternative.

Rooms need to be updated a bit. Curtain was falling off..furniture scratched up...all electric outlets including tv went out at 1 point had to go to front desk and ask for maintenance.
