Staff very good and lots of them. Good service. Breakfast excellent but packet scrambled egg .. was yuck! Parking a bit tight. Might need a few more spaces. I arrived 530 and only 3 spaces left. Room great, bathroom great, shower good.

Great stay at this hotel, clean and comfy room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (which is included in the price of the room, great perk), cost of the stay was very reasonable. Good location for the Utilita Arena, and Birmingham New Street rail station.

Perfect location for a gig we attended at the Utilita arena last night- close to a few decent bars for drinks prior and after the gig. (Avoid the Turkish takeaway next door though!) Very good complimentary breakfast his morning. The only downside was the blind was broken by the previous guest and wouldn’t close so we had a broken nights sleep. I couldn’t be bothered to sort it out when I noticed at 1am when trying to close it.

The bed was rock hard with springs sticking into mine and my partners backs causing back pain, also the heater was too noisy as well as the outdoor life happening outside. The building was nice but apart from that we had a sleepless night and decided to check out early and go home.
