Staff were great. The hotel is dark and dreary. Needs a facelift. Was very disappointed when I went to breakfast at 8:30 and they were already out of gravy and eggs. What appeared to be long term “guests” smoking just outside the entrance.

Rooms are nice and clean. The rest of the hotel facilities were clean as well. Extra points for this student fact that it’s pet friendly. The staff were professional and very friendly. The breakfast each morning was good. I have no complaints and I will stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming on arrival and explained about the free breakfast and WiFi, etc. The room was quiet, clean and had a comfy bed. Breakfast was well stocked and tended. We would definitely stay here again on our travels.
