I stayed 2 nights. The first night was terrible and their construction renovations was no excuse, sorry to say. Hospitality is all about "your customers' welcome (peace), relaxation and pleasure."
First Night:
Terrible - Sink trap did not work, no place to hang your clothes, no bedskirts only a glaring white mattress, television did not turn on at all, front desk person (Nathan) VERY KIND AND POLITE came and made tv turn on, but after he left it would not get any signal; bathtub shower had hair in it and wasn't cleaned. I used my own bleach because they could not move me to another room -- "sold out". REASON FOR BAD RATING: During check out manager said, "You should have left if you were so unhappy." I explained that once undressed and ready for bed, no one wants to redress and search all over town on the internet AGAIN. Manager told me to contact Expedia about a refund.
Second Night:
Excellent. It was the Inn America I once knew and came back to try again. Room was great. Attitude was shameful. It was not about "your customers' welcome (peace), relaxation and pleasure. The room is what made it excellent. Clean, relaxing decor, bedskirts (still no place to hang clothes and tv problem reocurred).
