The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately they were doing construction in the parking lot of the hotel. They started at 7:30am on a Saturday and had our whole family awake. Would have been nice to know before booking.

Good hotel, don't book through hotels.com

We were put in a room immediately across from the elevators, which dinged every time the elevator car stopped at our floor. When I asked the desk for another room, I was told that because I'd booked through hotels.com, I couldn't be moved. Put another way, booking through them, as opposed to directly with Hampton, resulted in my getting an inferior room. Turned out to not be as much of an issue -- the noise didn't wake us up. Still . . .

Everything was fine except they have some construction going in parking lot area around the property. There were not enough parking and I arrived late so I had to park in some fire lane. Then got waken up in the morning to move my car because it was blocking the construction. Other than that the hotel looks clean and pretty new.

Breakfast was sub par. The eggs were watery the chicken sausage patty was dry. This was at 7 a.m. . The work out facility was good, clean and stocked with towels. My biggest concern was at check in, the system was down so the desk attendant had to write down my CC information on a piece of paper.... This was concerning and alarming with the amount of problems now a days.
