Friendly staff with a wonderful lounge and bar/restaurant on property. Immaculately clean room with best hotel bathroom I've ever had. Firm beds and pillows, and comfortable, but staid, in room amenities, fitting the hotel's Euro styling. Room is dark night, but you will need to get used to city noise if you're an early sleeper. Steps from the Aquarium T stop, two short blocks from North Market, and an easy walk to South Station, the Wharf, and the North End. I cant recommend this hotel enough to visitors wanting to travel by foot or T around Boston's historic areas. My family certainly plans to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, clean rooms. A lot of rooms have great character with exposed brick as long as you get them in the main building. They also have "cabin" rooms with no windows that are usable for a business trip. Hotel is right in front of a T station, making it easy to get to and back from the airport. Great location!
