Excellent location for tourists - 2 mins Quincy market, trolley tour and harbour cruise. 15-20 min walk thru' Boston to Beacon Hill and Boston Common. 10-15 easy walk to TD Arena. Joia restaurant on site was very good for breakfast and lunch. Room fixtures and fittings fine but expected better for the price of the room ( £360 per night ) but as downtown Boston, the price reflects location and is comparable with other hotels in the area.

Quick overnight stay

Quick overnight stay in Boston before heading home. Great location. Room was quiet & cozy. Close to the water. Walkable. Parking is interesting, so make sure you drop off your bags first, then park. Didn’t see the on site casino or gym as advertised.

We stayed here a few years ago enjoyed it hence coming back all good would just say that the rooms are starting to look a little tired - apart from that enjoyed our stay here again

I stayed in a cute room in the basement. It didn't bother me that it was windowless & greeted by a bottle of prosecco in my room. However, the door to my room had a flimsy lock and no door chain, which made me uneasy as there were always a couple of alcoholic homeless people loitering right outside the hotel & the hotel has a separate (new) wing which is unattended by hotel staff, so it is possible for non-guests to access the hotel. Food in the restaurant is awful & over-priced.
