The cleaning staff opened my door at 9am without knocking. Then proceeded to swear at my husband after he jumped out of bed. As we left an hour later she was out in the parking lot talking to other guests and continued to yell and swear

Worst stat of my life . Wholes in sealing which we thought we saw a camera, blood on sheets c ask for a refund and they said they couldn’t it was up to Expedia , I told them while try to ply my phone in theoutlet zapped me and not work and he tried to say I did something, I again mentioned outlet didn’t work, so much more I could memtion

I went cheap because i wanted to save money for other things while in Salem, well huge mistake , remote for t. Broken , bed broken , cigarette butts everywhere outside our room , guys lingering around outside of rooms ..i guess they live there ...desk clerk extremely rude!!! I paid 144 through expedia the guy said its 100 dollars a night ...with a 50 dollar deposit. I dont understand the 50 dollar deposit, norhing in this place is worth that much .

Extremely rude on your own after check in bedding was filthy they refused to replace had to go buy my own bedding wich wasn’t easy since the hotel is off of the highway

The location was very noisy being right off a busy road. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, no hair dryer or trash can. There is no microwave, minimal plugs, no luggage rack or bar in closet to hang clothes. There’s enough space in the room to add another chair and/or small table near the beds.

We stayed in room 117 the corner over there smelled like garbage and people were out smoking on the steps and talking all night long as well as running the two motorcycles that were parked illegally in a no parking zone
