My husband was in a local hospital, and I stayed if he seemed unstable or I needed to be there early. Check in was difficult one evening as I made the reservation only 2-3 hours earlier. Also using a "third party" was mentioned as if I was a secondhand citizen for doing so. The room itself was perfectly comfortable with amenities including a microwave, fridge and a Kuerig. The room was warm and lights were on, welcoming for someone stressed and alone. The paper products were cheap. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The renovations and upkeep on the room were very good. I still don't think the HVAC controls are so great, cool air coming on periodically from the fan. Terrific location. Somewhat confusing elevator signage (where is the lobby; where is the breakfast room?) but all that obviously becomes familiar. Pricing seemed very fair.

Hot water turned off at 10:30 am -- notified in advance, maintenance issue. Shower floor slippery, uncomfortable for this senior. Couldn't figure out shower faucet. Neighborhood is very noisy, lots of ambulance traffic. Parking was convenient and felt secure.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for visiting the Gardner museum and the MFA. Parking easy and affordable. The restaurant was pretty good. There were unexpected charges, a facility fee, and 3 taxes, state, city, and local so while the price good with these added charges, it was more than what I first expected.
