Lovely stay. Clean rooms. Bed was a little hard for us. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Hotel is situated on a steep hill which may be an issue for some people. Really good value - highly recommended.

Good place to stay in Bournemouth centre

Very well located hotel near the centre of Bournemouth excellent for visiting the BIC or Pavillion as well as the beach or the town centre. A bit of a steep climb from the beach but this is Bournemouth and bits are steep! Large electric car charging hub in the hotel car park makes the place even more attractive.

Nice but could be better

Hotel is in a really nice location, staff really friendly but make sure you don't forget your toothbrush as hotel didn’t provide them and the small toothpaste was £1 charge…also parking gets really busy at the weekends with £15,50 overnight stay which is justified I guess given the location. Also couldn’t get to charge my EV as there was a problem with payment / communication error so had to charge once we charged out.

Lovely reception staff

We had a small issue with the shower in our room. We raised the issue with reception and the lady working on the evening of the 22nd February kindly fixed the shower for us within 10 minutes. She was extremely helpful and lovely. Thank you very much!

Nice hotel, nice staff.

It was nice. I enjoyed the gym in the morning and breakfast. They gave me a room for a wheelchair user, and it was a bit cold during the night, even with the heater on, which was noisy, too. I will go back during the summertime.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff friendly. Only problem was with parking - I paid with the hotel and still received a parking fine in the post :( Luckily I kept my receipt so I could easily challenge the fine.

An enjoyable stay and good value for money

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and in generally good condition and the food was lovely. The only thing I would probably say is the family room we stayed in was ‘compact’! Overall, good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Overnight stay

Comfortable one night stay in a nice, clean, central hotel. There was a couple of maintenance issues, that if I stayed longer would have been an issue and the carpet looked well worn. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good.
