I checked out after 20 minutes in the room and went to the hotel across the street. Many things wrong with the room. Terrible odor, broken and cracked shower floor, toilet was loose, leaking holes in the ceiling, floors and drapes were wet, walls were dirty, bed was dirty. They offered to put me in another room I was not interested in another room if they were willing to put me in that room the first time.

Old run down. The pictures were misleading. The hotel was no where close as clean and nice as the pictures that were shown.

It looked very worn out part of the rooms that were not updated. It looked like they had not been lived in. In our case the carpet needed to be changed. It felt crunchy. The room we were given totally everything needed to be replaced. There were cracks on the floor of the shower, the lamps had holes in them and were messed up stained and mold on the ceiling. There was an unlocked door to a passageway that ran a lot. All the other rooms for the electrical etc. It was not secure. And the lock on the main door to our room had been kicked in at one time and never properly repaired.

We first had the door card wouldn't work and when we got in the room toliet was broke and we fixed it ,carpet was old and needed to be vacuum, one bed comforter was stained and the other bed had a hole in the sheet,the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice,the staff friendly

Poor property, won't stay again

Room carpet was not clean, paint stains all over. Bathroom door knob don't did not work, poor bathroom amenities. Hotel was shirt staff, front desk was very helpful and kind but overwhelmed probably.

Going to contact Corporate Quality Inn, this place was like something out of a scary movie. Filthy, it was sn old Motel, and it has not been cleaned or updated since the Quality Inn took over. Quality Inn, should not let anyone stay there until it is cleaned and updated. It makes their reputation look extremely bad.

There is not one category that one could comment positive on, please go to the property and start with the drapes their dry rotted and tattered looking much like a haunted house. Then move inside to the sticky remotes that do not work, the spiders in the bathtub multiple the front door looks like it was about beat off the hinges. Again there is nothing positive that I can comment on but call me and I'll be much more colorful.

I made the mistake of opening the nightstand drawer and found a live cockroach that I had to kill with the bible. There was no TV remote in our room, the room door was jacked up at the bottom and the popcorn ceiling was starting to peel.

Dirty and loud.

Booked here for pool and breakfast. Pool was not open for season, breakfast was VERY limited and there was almost no where to sit. Rooms were dirty, we booked a non-smoking room and there were ashes on the bible and in the night stand drawer, ashes on the carpet in front of the TV. Clearly a vacuum was not used before our stay. The room stunk and the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The other patrons were loud and it was disruptive. Would not stay here again.

This place is absolutely disgusting! I do not recommend it to anyone! And the staff was not helpful at all anytime someone asked for help with replacing items that were low during breakfast. There were a lot of upset customers when we were there. Only stayed for a few hours in the middle of the night, stayed fully clothed and used our own bedding then left immediately after the terrible breakfast experience. We will never stay here again.

My stay

It can be a little noisy being so close to the interstate. If given the option get a room on the backside. Be ready to wait on hot water as it was about 3 minutes to heat up in the sink. It was about half that time for the shower. There were a couple of light bulbs out but the lighting was adequate. The internet was good but it is open. Think about that before opening anything important. It's not a bad place, just a little rundown.
