Come sneak away to your own private oasis at Paradise condo. This beautiful, fully updated condo is located directly on the beach! Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico while cooking a meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen or relaxing on the large furnished balcony.

Perfect for a family of four or two couples, this condo offers free WiFi, three flatscreen, cable TVs, and two bathrooms. On-site, slip into the heated community pool, or grab a towel and take a short walk right out onto the beach to dip your toes into the Gulf.

Take a ride on the free, air-conditioned Island Trolley, accessible just a few hundred feet from your rental, and cruise around Historic Anna Maria Island's seven miles of paradise, filled with wonderful restaurants, boutique shops, waterfront parks, and white sandy beaches.

*PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home with parking pass. 1 designated parking space is provided and guest parking is available, although not guaranteed. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking for any guests without a pass.

It was a great unit. It has beautiful views. It has lots of toys and beach chairs for use. The only drawback was the pool is dead for kitty ones. There’s no shallow end. But the beach totally makes up for it!

Last minute beach trip

We had to pivot after Beryl derailed our trip to Cayman. We found this magical condo and it couldn’t have been better. So clean, so comfortable, and the best location right on the water with a great clean pool. Great for family of 4. Host service was great and so accommodating when we wanted to stay another night. We cannot recommend this condo enough!

Wkomderful getaway

Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, modern, and the one wall of sliding doors opened onto a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach was incredible! The area is a beachy vibe and there are lots of places to dine or enjoy a cocktail. Very relaxed. Nearby is grocery store, etc. so all needs are met within walking distance or short drive. Only downside to this place is that you will have to walk up five flights of stairs, about 30 steps total, to access the unit. We are in our mid- 60's and just called it exercise, along with our beach walks each day!

Anniversary getaway

We had an amazing stay at Coquina Beach Resort! The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything was well taken care of and super clean. The views were spectacular and being able to walk straight out onto the beach was phenomenal. This was the second half of our trip, we had went to Destin for a few days prior but fell in love with AMI and can’t wait to visit again soon. We didn’t even mind the stairs but wish the bed in the master bedroom was a little softer for our liking. I would definitely recommend staying here, 5 stars!

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in AMI. It was our first time to AMI and the location was amazing! We came with our two year old toddler and baby and the size of the condo was perfect. It was clean, within walking distance to restaurants/shops, and the beach was beautiful! We didn’t want our trip to end. We will definitely be back!

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and immaculate. Nicely decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. Property Manager was very prompt to help us with access issues that ended up being renter error. Much appreciated. Come with extra paper supplies if your stay is longer than two nights. We hope to come back.
