Great value and great for families.

We booked a family room for me, my husband, 5 year old and 5 month old. The room was set up well for us with a single bed and cot for the baby. Check in was easy and quick. The rooms were a good size, clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money!

Great stay

Quiet hotel close to the railway station and city centre. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very comfortable beds, pillows and a great shower. I asked for a quiet room and didnt hear a single sound all night.

Hot room but great customer service

The check in, general customer service at the hotel was great, unfortunately the temperature in the room was not great. After informing the reception staff, it was found that the hotels central system setting was incorrect and was adjusted accordingly. This did make a difference to the room however unfortunately didnt last throughout the night due to the auto-setting on the temperature control which switched it off in the room in the middle of the night. Breakfast was average, although when asked, vegetarian sausages were cooked specially and didnt have to wait long. Overall, an average stay, temperature in room would have made a massive difference.

So quiet! We knew that the hotel was next to a busy road so were a bit worried that reviews saying it was quiet were not quite right. But they were! Our room was spacious and so quiet. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower was lovely. The reception and bar area was above what I thought it might be for the price and there were even small emergency snacks (noodles and chocolate bars) and toiletries available to buy. Car parking wasn't available on site but the open air one just a 2 minute walk away was easy to use (and the hotel has a special rate so it cost us just over £12 for 24 hours). We'd definitely use this hotel again and can recommend.

Great hotel!

Stayed for one night with a friend. Staff were welcoming at reception. We arrived too early to check in but they were able to look after our luggage whilst we wandered up to Cabot Circus. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. All in all a lovely stay and would certainly go back. Location perfect for shopping and bars/restaurants
