First walked into room and there was a terrible smell. Immediately saw a dead roach or as front desk said it was a palmetto bug. There was large stain on the couch no way we were sitting on it. We had a problem figuring out the shower called front desk to show us. Open curtain there was a brown cockroach in tub the desk clerk didn't even try to remove the live roach. (This was not a palmetto bug). We first arrived there was several 50.00 charges added on to credit card. We had no where else to go. We slept with all the lights on to avoid any roaches running around. It was the worst place we have ever stayed at. We should get a full refund. I have pictures of the bugs.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. I was not told that on a weekly basis, there was only room service once a week. No clean towels, toilet paper,or any other necessities. No trash pick up. Beds were changed one time in the 7 days. When asking why, the young man at the night desk, pretty much said, too bad and gave us a roll of toilet paper. He was very snotty, but then we were interrupting his time with a friend. All other staff were very pleasant and helpful. Shower light was full of mold, had 2 cockroaches in bathroom. All together was a very poor stay.

OK stay for the price. The advertisement said that we would have a jetted tub in our room. The jets did not work. Every morning when we asked for towels, the hotel said they didn't have any that they had to finish laundry before we could get more. While our stay was in November, the first three days we were there the temps were in the 70's, my kids wanted to swim but however couldn't due to the pool was closed due to a phone line issue. Upon getting home the hotel charged me 40.00 for worn out sheets my kids had spilled fruit punch on. The fruit punch could have washed out, but I dont think they tried. All these issues in one stay reflect the hotel is poorly managed but the staff was friendly.

The hotel did not live up to the reviews. Room needed updating and better cleaning of the bathroom floor and shower. The outside of the fridge door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast was not very good. The sausage and hash browns were over cooked. Staff were friendly. Overall Disappointed with our stay.

The staff was great, the first room my daughter checked into had a bad smell and that and the next room had a cockroach infestation. I understand there was even blood on the wall on one of the rooms. She did not stay there and we decided not to stay there either due to the problem she had.

The room was dated, the sheets were definitely not changed because there was some hair on them. Breakfast was subpar compared to competing hotels in the same parking lot. All the hell was eggs, grits, cereal, and two buckets of apples that look sick.
